The coiner didn't give much description for this other than it being a "scary" gender. I'm going to assume the gender has something to do with fear; possibly when one feels a certain gender, it also comes with a feeling of fear. It could also be open to interpretaion for whoever has a gender(s) that has something to do with fear.
